Platon System
Platon (by Armtec) has been used on ICF’s since 1994 with NO REPORTED LEAKS. It gives you fast, all weather Speedclip installation and double leakage protection. Don’t build without it!
Platon is the air-gap waterproofing system that is effective for ALL types of foundations. It's a tough, dimpled, 24-mil high-density polyethylene wrap that seals out water and bridges inevitable foundation cracks (1/4" +) making foundation leaks a thing of the past.
A proven performer across North America for the last 12 years, Platon does what traditional spray applications cannot - Does the job right the first time. Keeps basements dry, even in heavy clay soils with problematic drainage and controls both interior and exterior moisture.
Easily installed, Platon is chemically inert, environmentally friendly and will last the life of the structure. Because it is not adhered to the wall, Platon continues to function in spite of future foundation cracking, shifting and settling.
Platon comes with a manufacturers limited 30 Year Product Warranty against leakage.
